BUILD | Build
- Turn your expertise into a coherent structure of modules and lessons.
- Find suitable sources and verify information.
- Develop the content and write lessons.
- Design activities and training games aligned with learning objectives.
- Review and improve AI outputs before using them.
Practical output: A course structure and developed content for selected lessons, with activities and practical applications.
DELIVER | Deliver
- Turn the content into a clear, professional training presentation.
- Organise the presentation sequence and activity instructions.
- Deliver part of your course in practice.
- Use feedback to improve the presentation and your delivery.
Practical output: A presentation for part of the course and an actual delivery experience to review and improve.
You will not only ask: what did I learn? You will ask: what did I build?
During the programme, you work on your own course project: develop the idea, define the audience, study competitors, build its structure, create content, activities and a presentation, then practise delivering part of it.
The project focuses on developing the course, preparing selected parts and delivering a segment for review and improvement. Progress depends on the subject and the participant’s project work.
